My Values: Therapeutic and Otherwise
My values inform everything I do. They are the foundation for how I live my life and how I practice psychotherapy.
The following is a list of things I believe can contribute to the health and well-being of individuals and of interpersonal relationships. This list reveals some of my beliefs about wellness and some tools to support and deepen it.
