My Values: Therapeutic and Otherwise

My values inform everything I do. They are the foundation for how I live my life and how I practice psychotherapy.

The following is a list of things I believe can contribute to the health and well-being of individuals and of interpersonal relationships. This list reveals some of my beliefs about wellness and some tools to support and deepen it.

I recognize that the list is long.  I decided to put in as much detail as possible so that you can have the opportunity to get to know me a little better, to understand the values that go into the work I do, and to see if there are any ideas or tools here that may be useful to your own growth work.
